Maliath is a simulated adversary with her own Command and Destiny decks, able to react dynamically to shifting Region values, challenge you for territory, and disrupt your plans. She doesn’t require you to make decisions on her behalf—her streamlined AI acts with surprising foresight and ruthless precision. As you learn how her cards work, you’ll begin to anticipate her moves, just as you would with a skilled human opponent.

But Maliath is more than just an AI. Once a Champion herself, she now corrupts others to act in her name, twisting their powers and behavior. She can start battles, interfere with Attunements, and even weaken monsters to rob you of potential rewards—though this may also create unexpected opportunities. With variable difficulty settings and Challenge cards that add further unpredictability and tension, each game against Maliath is a new puzzle to solve and an escalating battle of wits in the ever-shifting world of Ilvash.
