Terms of Sales

Ares Games supplies its range of products worldwide using UPS or USPS, or other carriers as required. 

Orders of products in stock will normally be dispatched within five working days. During special sale campaigns, such as the fulfillment of pre-orders, promotional sales, and peak season sales, orders may require a longer time. If your order consists of some items which are out of stock you will be issued with a refund for these items and the rest of the order will be shipped. You will be notified about this on shipping.

Postage and packing is normally charged at a flat rate:

  • $ 15 USD for orders shipping to the Continental USA (all USA states excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
  • $ 40 USD for orders shipping to Canada
  • $ 50 USD for orders shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, non-Continental USA
  • $ 60 USD for orders shipping to any other country or region.

Your order may qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise indicated, if:

  • Your order ships to the Continental USA (as defined above) and its value is above $ 150 USD
  • Your order ships to any other destination and its value is above $ 200 USD.

The actual rate applicable to your order, based on its content and destination, will be shown on the Checkout page.

Our sales are serviced mainly from two third-party warehouses ,managed by Alliance Game Services (ubicated in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA); and by LUDOpackt (ubicated in Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany). Pre-order and crowdfunding orders can be serviced by additional warehouses in different countries.

While we will do our best to guarantee your order ships from the warehouse closest to you, we reserve the right to ship from any of our fulfillment warehouses. You can expect products ship from our USA warehouse most of the time.

Tracking of the order is not guaranteed to be issued automatically but can provided upon request. Custom charges and duties might apply to your order if required by the laws of your country.

Standard guarantees for cancelation or return of your order, as regulated by European Law apply to all orders placed on our website. If your product includes defects which can be remedied, such as a missing or damaged component, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, fulfillment or delivery times of your order might be affected by events outside of our control and differ from the normal terms indicated above.
